DBP Chemistry and Toxicology Projects
Laboratory-based studies of DBP formation and Decomposition
UMass Research Team: Dave Reckhow, Krystal Pollitt, Yun Yu, Rassil Sayess, Aarthi Mohan
These are a group of projects that focus on some of the more fundamental chemistry of disinfection byproduct (DBP) formation and decomposition. Some have incorporated toxicological assessments. In general, this work has been targeted to one of several key DBP groups that are of human health concern.
