Implementing a classic game with with acoustic localization technology.
As digital distribution platforms have risen in popularity, board game classics are surprisingly still relevant in today’s society. However, they have failed to adapt to the technological advances of today’s market. This points to an opportunity for us to adapt the classics that have stood the test of time with some technology of our own. In our project we implement a technilogical medium to the classic game of Battleship. Acoustic Battleship innovates on the traditional Battleship game with acoustic localization technology, making accuracy part of the fun of the game.
