Bo Fu

My name is Bo Fu. I received my B. Eng. in Electronic Science and Technology from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) with a dual B.A. in English Language. I just finished my Master in Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Massachusetts Amherst.

My research interests are in Materials, Devices and Nanotechnology. At present I am working on the semiconductor theory, simulating and modeling of electronic devices with an emphasis on the dissipative quantum transport solving the Pauli Master Equation (PME). Some on-going projects include:

• Justify DB-RTD Current (IWCE 13)
• Compare Impurity Scattering
• Include more reallistic band structure
• Evaluate e^--e^- interactions
• Calculate LO-Phonon Scattering
• Implement in 3D
• MPI parallelization

I am now continuing for my Ph.D. in the Emerging Electronics Lab, working under the guidance of Prof. Max Fischetti.
