VENUE The workshop will be held at UMass Club
, Talks and discussions take place in the Amherst Room whereas the lunch will be served in the Lowell/Dartmouth Rooms. The closest airport is Logan airport (only 4 miles). The closest subway stations are State, Downtown Crossing, and Aquarium. For detailed directions see also here. Parking is located in 225 Franklin Street, accessible from Pearl Street. The garage opens at 6:00 am. There is an "Early Bird Special" rate: if you enter the garage before 9:00 am the rate is $23/day. If you arrive after 9:00am, the rate is $37/day; and a $5 off ticket can be obtained from the receptionist at the UMass Club.Alternatively, parking is available at the following locations, which are within a block of the UMass Club: The Post Office Square underground garage; the garage is accessible from both Congress Street and Pearl Street. Vehicles are accommodated on an hourly basis; and there is a 10% off of the fee when you get your parking ticket validated at the UMass Club. The One Post Office Square above ground garage; the garage is accessible from either Oliver Street or Pearl Street. Vehicles are accommodated on an hourly basis. |
