Paul
E. Gray Paul E. Gray is a professor in electrical engineering and computer science, with a specialty in semiconductor devices and circuits. He is a former chairman of the MIT Corporation, and he has served as the president, chancellor, and dean of engineering at MIT. Except for two years in the Army, Gray has been at MIT continuously since he was a freshman in 1950. He has a deep commitment to undergraduate and graduate education.
