The IEEE North Atlantic Test Workshop provides a forum for discussions on the latest issues relating to higher quality, more economical, and more efficient testing methodologies and designs. The 10th workshop will focus on "Managing Massive Design and Test Complexities".
The 2001 workshop will be held at the Ocean View Inn & Resort Gloucester, MA, located on the coastline of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.
