Format of the Final Paper Version

Please adhere to the following set of constraints for formatting the version of your paper which will be included in the informal digest.
  • Submit the paper in portable document format (pdf).
  • Use no more than 8 pages.
  • Use no font smaller than 10 point or larger than 12 point.
  • Use no line spacing less than single space or larger than double space.
  • Use double column format.
  • Use 8.5 x 11 inch paper (not A4 please).
  • Allow at least a 1 inch margin on the left, right, top, and bottom of the page.
  • Do not use page numbers.
  • Include all authors names and desired contact information on the first page of the paper, underneath the title.
All submissions must be made via email. Please send your final paper to the Program Chair at the address shown below.
