The Chassis: fabricated out of light-weight rectangular aluminum tubing.
Due to its low stance, this design lowers the overall center of gravity for the vehicle.

Preliminary design work for this years body was done by building "mock" frame
designs out of wood which gave us an idea of the body position of the driver and possible
dimensions of the frame.
