The aim of this project is to improve the existing design of a common domestic appliance, the electric toaster oven. The present design of the electric toaster oven does not have an automatic unload tray. Users therefore risk injury and inconvenience a s they are forced to place their hands inside the oven in order to reach the tray. The proposed design will employ an automatic tray which will emerge from inside the oven when the door is opened. This design will therefore eliminate the risk to the use r of accidentally touching the hot internal surface of the oven, and also increase the convenience of the product.
