Abstracts for talks will be due on March 1, 2010.

Only one oral presentation and one poster abstract may be submitted per attendee. Please submit abstracts as plain text (.txt) with no more than 400 words. In the event that there are more submissions for oral presentations than openings, some oral presentation abstracts will be shifted to the poster session. Submitters will be notified of the status of their submission by March 15.

During the abstract submission process you will also be asked to provide payment information and register for the workshop. However, your credit card will not be charged until after the early registration date of April 15, 2010 has passed. Your registration for the workshop can be cancelled at no cost to you up until that point.

Submit Abstract and Register

We have received tentative word from NSF that they will make some funding available for us to provide a small number of travel grants to the workshop. Preference is given to young researchers and researchers from groups that are new to the workshop (and only US researchers are eligible). Each grant will roughly cover the registration fee (subject to the final budget that NSF provides). If you would like to be considered, please contact Mike Graham with a brief statement of why you are eligible under the criteria given above.
