Authors of oral presentations should contact the session chairperson 30 minutes before the beginning of the session and upload the Power-point or pdf presentation files into the available laptop computer (Windows PC, a MacIntosh may be available on request).
Poster presentation should be installed by 4:00pm, boards being ready around 12:30pm. The poster boards are in LANDSCAPE orientation. Poster area is 46 1/2'' tall x 69 1/2'' wide (1.18m x 1.76m), tacks/pins will be provided and tags will identify the different poster boards. |
