Dwayne Henclewood  -  dhenclew@ecs.umass.edu

Dwayne is currently a MS student in the Transportation Engineering Program.  His research interest lies in vehicle movement representation for traffic simulation.  He has a special affinity for traffic and transit operations especially in developing countries.  He has a BA in Physics from Holy Cross and upon graduating with his MS from UMass Amherst he is planning on continuing his education in the field of transportation engineering by way of a PhD.  In moments when his head is out of the books, he enjoys sports (watching and playing) and also good food (cooking and eating) with good people.

Kevin Moriarty  -  kdmoriar@student.umass.edu

Kevin is a Master’s student in the Transportation Engineering program.  His past research has focused on evacuation simulation modeling, where he performed an evaluation of some current software packages and proposed several enhancements to increase evacuation efficiency.  He is currently working with the application of simulation software to work zones, namely QuickZone.  Other areas of interest include highway geometric design and traffic signal timing.  This is Kevin’s first year of involvement with ITE.  Kevin’s outside interests include sports, fishing, auto racing, and cooking.  He is also an avid UMass football and hockey fan.

Elsa Chan  -  echan@student.umass.edu
