Dell offers the University of Massachusetts preferred pricing on Dell products and special offers on Dell bundled systems. Dell systems are very flexible and easily upgradeable in terms of processor speed, display size and type, RAM and hard drive, and include a value added service offerings, such as accidental damage for laptops and technical support for both desktops and laptops. ECS strongly recommends Dell products as well as the service offerings.
