Environmental and Water Resources Engineering
Since 1960 over 450 people have graduated with M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Environmental and Water Resources Engineering (EWRE) Program at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst – our alumni are employed in industry, consulting firms, government agencies, research institutions, and universities.
The EWRE Program consists of nine CEE Department faculty, various staff members, and 30 to 40 students pursuing advanced degrees. Most of our students are supported through research assistantships, fellowships, and teaching assistantships. Our Program enjoys an excellent national reputation.
