Use this online form to make a request for support. This form will allow your problem to be directed to the correct support staff quickly and will ensure that your problem is resolved.

Use this form for renewal of an account that has expired or is going to expire because of non-payment of the Engineering Computer Services semester fee. If you are registered for either the fall or spring semester your account fee is automatically included in your fees. Over the summer or if you wish to have your account active but you are not registered for any classes you must fill out this form along with payment and remit to the main ECS office at 100 Marcus Hall.

If you are new to the College of Engineering and you are either faculty or staff you can use this form to apply for a new Engineering Computer Services account. This account will provide you with an engineering email address, storage space, access to Unix/Linux servers, Windows servers and labs, and desktop support.

If you are a new student and need to have an ECS account this form should be filled out and dropped off in 100 Marcus Hall. Your account will provide you with access to the engineering labs, an email account, storage, and desktop support.

Use this form to request access to the ECS wireless network. The ECS wireless network spans most College of Engineering buildings and common spaces and is continually being expanded. To complete this form you must know the MAC address of the device you wish to register. Instructions on obtaining the MAC address can be found at Network Connectivity and Registration. Please remit form upon completion to Marcus 100.

This form is required to register each piece of network equipment that will be attached to the ECS wired network. A wired network device includes any device attached to wall-jacks or hubs using a cable. This includes routers, printers, as well as computers. To complete this form you must know the MAC address of the device you wish to register. Instructions on obtaining the MAC address can be found at Network Connectivity and Registration. Please remit this form to Marcus 100.
