The College receives approximately 50+ applications annual and accepts approximately half of them each year.

We encourage on campus applicants to contact the Office of Student Affairs at (413) 545-2035 early in their academic career. One of our trained advisors in the office will make sure you are on track very early on in your college career. The College has very specific entrance requirements. Here are the minimum requirements:

Math 131, Calculus 1;
Chemistry 111, General Chemistry 1, or Physics 151/153, General Physics 1 with lab;
English Writing 112 and receive a grade of "C" or better in each course;
These courses should be taken concurrently;
2.0 or better overall GPA

If space is available, we also recommend taking one of our introductory engineering courses in the first semester (i.e. Engin 110 – Chemical, 111 - Civil, 112 – Electrical and Computer Systems or 113 – Mechanical and Industrial). Please contact the specific department hosting each introductory course for registration access.

The college evaluates applications based on the above predictor courses, overall college performance, and the ability to perform well in future course work in engineering.

We review the majority of our applications during January and June each year. Applications should be submitted early on in the student’s academic career and at the latest at the end of sophomore year.
