If you are intersted in joining the Compund Semiconductor Lab, you must apply for admission through the Graduate School. For application forms, you need to contact Graduate School,Goodell Building, University of Massachusetts, Amherst, MA 01003 or call (413)545-0721. Submission of Graduate Record Examination (GRE) scores and a statement of purpose is required. In addition to meeting academic and financial requirements, international students whose native language is not English must take the standardized Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). Applications should be received before January 15th for the following academic year.
