We introduce BeepachU- a system for finding small commonly lost items. The device consists of two components, a Keyfob and a Tag, which are designed to communicate with each other wirelessly using the ANT network protocol. The Keyfob is held by the user at all times, while the Tag is attached to a losable item. When the Keyfob is activated it will pair with the Tag and use the strength of received signals sent from the tag to the Keyfob to provide an accurate estimation of the distance between the user and the lost item. Users are expected to use this feedback to play "hot/cold" with their lost items. The Keyfob will have a button which causes the Tag to emit an audible "beep" noise allowing for more rapid location of lost items.
