Project Summary

The Web Enabled Patron Queuing System allows a customer to check status of an establisment online. It allows the customers to better manage their time and presents a business with a more consistent customer flow.Therefore, a customer would spend less time waiting in line and it would create a consistance customer flow in an establisment.

A customer may bypass an establishment all together if presented with a large line. However, since a customer may simply delay their visit with such foreknowledge, the PQS can be a business booster.
