Background

Students and professors many times have been faced with the desire to revisit a lecture. Increases in the numbers of distance learning students has also led to an increasing need for remotely accessible lecture materials. With ongoing work at U-Mass on projects like RIPPLES and J-MANIC, and with the presence of video classrooms on campus, the University has begun to take steps to address some of these needs. Our attempt is to help further this endeavor by making it easier to capture this material and present it in an seemingly effortless way.
