Dr. Fernando
Rodriguez-Morales received the B.S. degree in electronics engineering (cum
laude) from Universidad
Autónoma Metropolitana, México, in 1999,
the M.Sc. and the PhD degrees in electrical and computer engineering (ECE)
from the University
of Massachusetts at Amherst, in 2003 and
2007, respectively. From 2000 to 2001, he was with the Department of Physics and
Astronomy, University
of Massachusetts at Amherst, where he
collaborated in the development of future instrumentation for the Large Millimeter Telescope (LMT)
project. His research interests include microwave remote sensing; terahertz
technology (detectors, sources, and applications); modeling of microwave
circuits; microwave and millimeter wave integrated circuit (MMIC) design;
superconducting and semiconductor microwave devices; radio communication systems;
and nano-scale devices for high-frequency applications. Selected Publications Journal Papers
