Problems 1 and 2 are just too basic to have on the midterm and we will NOT have such problems as a whole. They are provided to you, so you could test your own familiarity with the material. If you don’t know the answer to some of the questions or if you don’t understand the questions themselves please contact me!

Problems 3 and 4 are good representatives of the problems you will find on the midterm. Probably we we’ll add a few sub questions – harder than questions in problems 1 and 2 (i.e what is polarization of the resulting wave, signal power at given point in space and time….) to test your basic understanding of the material as well.

I plan to set-up a review session sometimes in the week after the spring break. Exact place and time will be discussed on our bulletin board.
