Our
group reexamines the boundary between architectures,
compilers, and runtime systems (OS). Our objective is to
develop new type of computer systems enabled by static
information available at compile-time, called compiler-enabled
architectures.

We
are also interested in introspective application
infrastructures and resource constrained devices
for global distributed applications on the Internet,
especially for wireless applications. We leverage
existing technologies (WAP,Bluetooth, KVM, J2ME,
J2EE), but build our systems/tools to operate
at the virtual machine level instead of source code
level. |
