Antenna Applications Symposium
September 18-20, 2012
The Antenna Technology
Division of the Air Force Research Laboratory Sensors Directorate, the US Army
Research Office, the Antenna and Propagation Laboratory of the University of
Massachusetts and the Electromagnetics Laboratory of the University of Illinois
invite all interested parties to attend a two and one-half day symposium
devoted to antenna design, analysis, applications and associated systems. The
Antenna Applications Symposium will be held at Robert Allerton Park near

registration should reach us no later than September 1, 2012. A late fee will
apply after September 1. We will try to honor your request for on-site room
location, but rooms will be assigned as available. We believe you will find

Limited housing is available
at Robert Allerton Park in the original mansion, Allerton House; the Gate
House, about 100 meters from Allerton House; motel rooms in Evergreen Lodge
near Allerton House; and the House in the Woods about 0.5km from Allerton
House. Room rates TBD per day,
includes breakfast. Room charges are subject to state tax. Rooms will be
available after 1:00 p.m. on Monday, September 17. Visa and Master Card are
accepted for lodging and meals.

Wi-Fi at all Allerton Buildings
Guests and attendees may
request a temporary ID/password to use the on-site Wi-Fi. If you require
special services such as VPN or remote access, please see the attached information and/or contact
Allerton House (213-333-3287) prior to arrival to determine if your requested
services are available.
Lunch and dinner for Tuesday and Wednesday are included in the conference fee. These meals will be served in the Allerton House dining room. Guests staying at Allerton Park receive breakfast at Allerton House and a sandwich buffet 6:00pm - 9:00pm Monday, September 17.
Emergency messages for conference attendees may be left with the Allerton House desk clerk, TEL. (217) 333-3287.
A shuttle bus to and from
Willard airport will be provided for those who request it and supply flight
information on the registration form or via e-mail prior to September 14, 2012.
If your flight is delayed, please contact (217)333-3287 to arrange alternative
shuttle schedule.
