The conference
will be held at Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center in historic
Breckenridge, Colorado. Beaver Run is located at
an elevation of 9,600 ft in the shadow of
Breckenridge Mountain (elev. 12,998 ft) in the
Rocky Mountains, just 1.5 hours west of Denver
via interstate highway 70. Breckenridge is famous
for year-round recreational activities. In July,
these include golf, mountain biking, white-water
rafting, swimming, tennis, fishing, backcountry
tours, and other similar activities.

| Reservation
Information: |
- When making your reservations, you must
identify yourself with the GROUP
NAME: FOCAPD or CACHE Corporation.
- Rates do not include a 10.4%
lodging tax.
- These rates will be available to our
attendees 5 days prior to and following
the conference.
- A one night's deposit is
required within 15 days of booking your
reservation
- Cancellations made less
than 72 hours from your arrival date are
subject to a one night's cancellation
fee.
- Reservations are for the entire period of
the confirmed reservation. Late
arrivals and now shows will be
charged the contracted nightly rate for
the entire stay.
- Early departures will be
charged a one time fee of $75.00
- Beaver Run Resort accepts American
Express, MasterCard and Visa credit
cards.

General Policies: |
- Check-In time is 4:00 pm and Check-Out
time is: 11:00 am.
- Children stay free in same room as
parents. Maximum occupancy cannot be
exceeded.
- Cribs are available at not additional
charge (with advance notice).
- Pets are not permitted.
- Free parking is available for registered
guests in underground facilities or
marked Beaver Run conference areas.
- Complimentary hotel shuttle service is
available for registered guests in and
around Breckenridge city limits.
- Indoor/Outdoor amenity area is
complimentary to guests. They include
pools, hot tubs, saunas, tennis courts,
volleyball court and sun decks.

| Shuttle Transportation from
Denver International Airport (DIA) to
Breckenridge can be obtained by calling Resort
Express at 1-800-334-7433 or 970-468-7600. The cost is $44 one
way and they provide door to door service from
DIA to Beaver Run Resort. The require
reservations made in advance. They accept all
major credit cards except Diners and Discover.

Car Rentals
Beaver Run
Resort also has Summit Car Rental located on-site
for those wishing to rent a car while in
Breckenridge. Advanced reservations are
recommended. Their number is: 970-453-6181.

to car rental agencies serving DIA.
The drive from
DIA to Breckenridge is approximately 70 miles and
should take about 1.5 hours.
