For Authors and Poster Presenters Please read carefully before downloading files: 1. Please use only the template files provided and do not change font sizes, margins, etc. 2. E-mail your completed paper as an attachment to focapd99@ecs.umass.edu using a compression tool to make a ZIP or SEA file first if the paper is large. Mac Users: Please be sure to save your manuscript as a Word document and NOT as Rich Text Format (RTF). 3. After the review process, if revisions are needed, you will submit the final manuscript in the same way, plus paper copies with notes as requested in the instructions. 4. We regret that it is not possible to accept other formats, such as LaTeX, TeX, Postscript, FrameMaker, etc. 5. The PC format with Word 97 is strongly preferred. You can also use the same template and Word files with Word from Office 98 on the Mac. If you must prepare your manuscript with an earlier version of Word, we can probably provide instructions, an example, and template files if your version is not too old.
