The Franklin Regional Council of Governments with the Town of Montague is hosting a "Lunch and Learn" presentation by Ennis Paints on Highly Reflective Pavement Surface Treatment called ColourBright. ColourBright combines a durable colored bauxite aggregate and powerful relectors called Closterbeads which are also colored to match the aggregate layer.
