Course Policies

Intellectual Responsibility: You are encouraged to discuss class material among each other, but the projects you turn in have to be your own or your group. Otherwise, you will get a 'F' for this course. If you have questions about this policy, please read Academic Honesty Policy of the University carefully.

Collaboration: You must work alone on homework assignments. You will have an opportunity to work in groups of 2 on one or two projects at the end of the semester.

Late Submissions: Late submissions will not be accepted.

Solution and grade announcement: Homework solutions and grades will be available through the WebCT portion of the course webpage. If you have any questions about your grade, please contact instructors or TAs within one week after the announcement of grades. Otherwise, your grade will be finalized.

Makeup Exams: Requests for makeup exams must be submitted to the instructors at least one week prior to the exam; only requests with a documented excuse (e.g., conflicting class or exam) will be considered.

Prerequisites
